Safiye Akkın is a PhD student at Hacettepe University, Pharmaceutical Technology Doctorate Program. She graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Pharmacy in 2016. Then, she has began her PhD in 2016 and she continues at dissertation status under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Erem Bilensoy.
She is the author of one scientific article published in SCI indexed journal about nanoparticular drug delivery systems. She has given one poster presentation at international conference.
She is the recipient of a grant from The Scientific and Technological research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) National PhD Scholarship. And also, her thesis is supported from TUBITAK 1001- Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Program.Her research interests include nanoparticular drug delivery systems that consists of drug or biological component and cyclodextrin polymers in cancer therapy, personalized therapy, chemoimmunotherapy and immunotherapy.
